Harvest International Housewares is dedicated to a high quality standard. We believe that, in order to truly be of more value to our customers, we must not only offer products at the best price, but also the best quality for that price.

As a consuquence, Harvest has acquired an ISO9001:2000 license in 2001. We follow strict guidelines when it comes to the quality of the products.

Our Quality Control (QC) system ensures us that the necessary requirements are being met. In our factories, Harvest employs one QC employee for every twenty production employees, to guarantee the quality standard.

The procedure for the QC is extensive. When raw material enters the factory, the quality of the delivered material is always checked. During the production of the items, there is constant quality check for every part of the process, including packaging and loading. Even when the packaged products are being loaded onto the container, men will inspect the manner in which this is done.

More importantly is our emphasis on our QA system. Our management staff is well educated and trained to follow this through from top to bottom. All the quality requirements in minor details from our customers are stored in our data base. Our QC supervisors are committed to check and carry out specific instructions in every single step of production from beginning to the end. 

This currently makes Harvest the approved supplier for all the major stores in the Japanese and American market.    

It also implies that when our products leave our factory they have been approved by a specialised team concerned with the quality of all our items. Thus, in effect we are confident that we deliver true value for money.
